WTH Happened?? How did we get here?

 

 

This week I started a pilot of a new wellness program I've been developing.  While this new program is specifically for Mom's today at our first educational meeting I went over some topics that are very applicable to everyone.  This is the video of the first few minutes of the meeting.  Enjoy!
